Reverse Transcription and RT-PCR

abm’s OneScript® and OneScript® Plus Reverse Transcriptases are engineered without intrinsic RNase H activity to increase cDNA synthesis yield and achievable length. OneScript® and OneScript® Plus’s exceptional sensitivity ensure high yields of full length cDNA even with only 0.1 pg of RNA template.

OneScript® can elongate up to 9 kb while OneScript® Plus’s extreme processivity enables it to elongate up to 15 kb. OneScript® Plus performs under high temperatures (45°C – 55°C), making it the better choice for cDNA synthesis from complex RNA templates (i.e. secondary structures and high GC content).
