LProtein Purification represents a series of processes that serve to isolate the target protein from a simple-complex mixture of biomolecules. Affinity purification relies on the high binding affinity between immobilized ligands (on a resin) and compatible tags (on or associated with the target protein). abm offers a variety of affinity resins that include the Nickel and Glutathione agarose beads for purification of His and GST-tagged proteins respectively, as well as protein A/G beads for purification of IgG antibodies. abm also provide custom protein purification services, making it convenient to shop for high quality reagents needed for protein purification and analysis.
