Our catalog #820-TCH Workstation has been designed to fit nicely on a lab counter top. It provides simple protection when a more sophisticated device is not required. It is an ideal enclosure for many acute and simple research procedures.
Its modest weight of 60 pounds (27.5 Kg) makes it readily transportable. The main housing is formed of one (1) piece clear acrylic and offers total viewing of your task at hand.
The workstation can also be used as a PCR Chamber or Tissue Culture Hood!

- Formed one (1) piece clear acrylic top section .375” (950 mm) thick. With “easy clean” corners.”
- “Bright Light” illumination system (40,000 hour lampguarantee).
- Formed in place liquid barrier to facilitate easy clean up of spills.
- The U.V. system is rated at 254 nm. Automatic timer is included. Beta ray protected but not gamma rays.
- All controls are illuminated and the system is fused for safety.
- Ground key cock valve for introduction of Oxygen or your inert gas of choice.
- Hospital grade multiple electric outlet strip (socket).
- Easy access sash. Iris diaphragms included.
