abm‘s CRISPR Knockout sgRNA lentiviruses and lentiviral vectors are highly effective. We offer a collection of sgRNA vectors and viruses targeting any human, mouse, or rat gene for use with spCas9. In addition to sgRNA-only vectors, we also offer an All-In-One lentiviral option, which expresses sgRNA and spCas9 nuclease from the same vector.
