This kit was designed to be user-friendly even for first-time users.
Our wheat germ cell-free expression system allows you to easily make full-length isotope-labeled MS standards.
Features:
- Incorporates stable 13C and 15N isotopes-labeled lysine and arginine residues suitable for working with trypsin digestion in bottom-up proteomics
- Very high labeling efficiency with incorporation rates of over 99%
- No need to purchase 13C and 15N stable isotope-labeled amino acids as they are already added to translation system
- Special expression and control vector provided to utilize FLEX-tag for absolute protein quantification by FLEXIQuant method
- All reagents included to directly prepare labeled proteins from DNA template
- Premixed reagents to synthesize proteins with just a few pipetting steps
- Translation buffer provided in special reaction cups for bilayer reactions
- Target protein expression can be confirmed through SDS-PAGE/CBB staining
- Kit contains reagents for 8 translation reactions on 226 µl reaction scale
