Overview
chemiPRO XL is our top of the range Imaging system for all gel documentation and chemiluminescence applications. Featuring the largest imaging area and highest specification camera. Both camera options, 6 and 9 megapixels, are cooled to -57°C and produce 16 bit images with 65,536 greyscales for excellent quantification. With 73% quantum efficiency at 425nm, these systems can detect even the faintest signals.
The optional slide out UV or blue light transilluminator means the chemiPRO XL can also be used as a traditional gel doc for gel extraction and quantification. Full RGB and Infrared lighting options allow use of practically any commercial fluorescent dye or antibody.
Included with all chemiPRO systems is our genePIX acquisition and geneQUANT analysis software. genePIX automates the acquisition process, saving you time and enabling fast and reproducible results. geneQUANT has a host of analysis features of accurate quantification of signals as well as options for colony counting and general image analysis.
All our chemiPRO systems can be used as part of a 21 CFR compliant environment.
