RecBCD (Exonuclease V), E. coli

CAT.NO UNIT
E093 100 U (100 μl)
Description RecBCD (Exonuclease V) is a Mgand ATP-dependent enzyme possessing exonuclease activity on linear double stranded (ds) DNA. The exonuclease digests DNA from both the 5’ and 3’ ends to produce oligonucleotides. RecBCD (Exonuclease V) does not degrade circular dsDNA such as plasmid DNA.
