Please Note: For customer-supplied vectors, the customer must indicate prior to the service if any reporter expression will be expected or not. The expected reporter expression, e.g. GFP, should not require induction of expression. Due to differences in excitation/emission wavelengths for different fluorophores, we may not be able to provide infection images for fluorescent reporter expression other than standard GFP/RFP/mCherry.

This will be dependent on a number of factors, including the plasmid you would like to package. Please send all inquiries to technical@abmgood.com for a prompt response on the estimated lead time.

The volume of DNA needed to produce recombinant virus has been listed alongside each titre available. (see above)

The maximum insert size is <8 kb between the 5'LTR to 3'LTR.

The minimum amount of DNA we require is 10μg for subcloning into a retroviral vector.
