T5 Exonuclease

| CAT.NO | UNIT |
|---|---|
| E089 | 1000 U (100 µl) |
| Description | T5 exonuclease catalyzes the degradation of nucleotides either from the 5’ termini or at nicks of linear or circular dsDNA in a 5’ to 3’ direction. This exonuclease also exhibits ssDNA endonuclease activity in the presence of magnesium ions, but will not degrade supercoiled dsDNA. |
