| Function | Each individual recombinant lentivirus is provided as a VSV-G pseudotyped and concentrated virus stock capable of infecting both dividing and non-dividing cells. The expression of this transcription factor in combinantion with the other three has been shown to reprogram adult human fibroblasts to an embryonic stem (ES) cell-like state known as the induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSCs). |
